• Create positive affirmations/confessions and repeat them out-loud a minimum of six times a day.
  • Refrain from making negative comments about people or situations, find something positive.
  • Make a list of all your accomplishments (none are too small) and read them daily.

Remember, your attitude was formed over a period of five years and you’ve practiced it _____ (your age minus five).  You won’t change it overnight, but you will change it if you are persistent and consistent.  Success will then follow.
